Foods to avoid:

One “magic solution” I’ve found is the Worm Out formula. This is a parasite cleanse solution when you want to take things to the next level. The mixture contains black walnut hulls, cinnamon, thyme, chamomile, wormwood, and other herbs that are great for killing off parasites.
The goal is to consume ½ teaspoon per 25lbs of body weight every three hours. Or, if you want to keep things natural, try to perform a colon cleanse.
Step 3: Get your body back in shape
Flushing out parasites takes a toll on your body. Especially if you’ve chosen the Worm Out way. After cleansing your body of parasites and sticking to an anti-parasite diet for 10 to 15 days, it’s time to get back in shape.
You can consume probiotics during Step 2 of the parasite cleanse process. But once you get to Step 3, it’s really time to step it up. That means consuming several servings of probiotic foods per day. At the same time, stay away from junk food, and drink plenty of water. As for how long, 10 days is more than enough for Step 3.
